Cancellation Policy
Winner's Circle Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to book an event with The Winner's Circle. We strive to provide an exceptional experience for all participants. To ensure smooth operations and respect for both our clients and team, we have established the following booking policy: Booking Policy 1. General Booking Information - All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or our booking platform. - A deposit may be required to secure your booking, which will be communicated during the reservation process. 2. Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled event. - Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the booking may incur a fee or forfeit the deposit, depending on the circumstances. 3. Cancellations - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event to receive a full refund of any fees paid. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may result in a forfeiture of the deposit, and any additional fees may still apply. 4. No-Show Policy - If a participant does not attend the booked event without prior notice, the total fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. 5. Event Changes - The Winner's Circle reserves the right to modify or change event details (date, time, location) due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and we will work to offer alternative arrangements. 6. Participant Responsibilities - Participants are responsible for confirming the details of their booking, including date and time, and for reviewing any materials sent prior to the event. - It is the responsibility of the participant to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session as we adhere to a strict schedule. 7. Health and Safety - The Winner's Circle is committed to maintaining a safe environment.
