Winners Circle Podcast Guest Agreement By agreeing to the terms below, you consent to the stipulations outlined in this document. PODCAST GUEST RELEASE AGREEMENT This Agreement is made and entered into between Jay Adewole (the “Producer”), the creator of the Winners Circle Podcast (the “Podcast”), and the undersigned guest (the “Guest,” “I,” or “Me”) regarding the Guest’s participation in an interview (the “Interview”) for the Podcast. The parties agree as follows: CONSENT: The Guest irrevocably consents to appear on the Podcast and to have their voice recorded, filmed, or otherwise captured. The Guest acknowledges that the Producer has the exclusive right to edit and create derivative works from the Interview. NAME & LIKENESS: The Guest authorizes the Producer to use the Guest’s name, image, likeness, voice, and any biographical material in connection with the Podcast for promotional, advertising, or other lawful purposes in perpetuity, without further consent or compensation. OWNERSHIP: The Guest retains ownership of any copyrighted materials provided during the Podcast, but grants the Producer a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use such materials in any current or future media. The Producer is recognized as the sole owner of all rights in the Interview, the recordings, and the Podcast as “works made for hire” under 17 USC §101, et seq. The Guest irrevocably transfers, assigns, and conveys to the Producer all rights, title, and interest in the Interview, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights. Any materials created during the Podcast production will be the sole property of the Producer. NO OBLIGATION TO USE: This Agreement does not obligate the Producer to use or exploit the rights granted herein or to create, distribute, or otherwise utilize the Podcast or any associated materials. NO ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION: The Guest acknowledges that the opportunity to participate in the Podcast constitutes adequate consideration, and the Guest will not receive monetary compensation for their appearance. RELEASE; WAIVER: The Guest releases and discharges the Producer from any liability arising from the production, distribution, or use of the Podcast. The Guest waives all legal and equitable claims relating to the Podcast to the fullest extent permitted by law.
